Terms of Service & Membership Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PinaTV ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Membership Agreement ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PinaTV is a video streaming application that provides access to movies, TV series, and other video content. The App offers both free and premium (VIP) membership options.

3. User Accounts

When using PinaTV, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. VIP Membership

4.1 Membership Benefits

VIP members enjoy the following benefits:

• Ad-free viewing experience
• Access to exclusive premium content
• Higher quality video streaming (up to 1080p)
• Faster download speeds
• Multiple concurrent downloads (up to 6 downloads simultaneously)
• Priority customer support

4.2 Subscription Plans

VIP membership is available through various subscription plans. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and features may vary by plan. All subscription fees are charged through your Apple ID account.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription will automatically renew. You will be charged the subscription fee for the renewal period within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to VIP features until the end of your current subscription period.

4.5 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. We do not provide direct refunds. If you have questions about refunds, please contact Apple Support or email us at pinatv1086@gmail.com.

4.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

5. Free Users

Free users can access basic features of the App, including:

• Limited video content access
• Standard video quality (up to 720p)
• Single concurrent download
• Ad-supported viewing experience

Free users may see advertisements during video playback. Rewarded video ads may appear after 3 minutes of playback.

6. Content Usage

When using PinaTV, you agree to:

• Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without authorization
• Not attempt to bypass any security measures or content protection
• Respect intellectual property rights of content providers
• Not use the App to access or distribute illegal content

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App's security
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or proprietary markings

8. Intellectual Property

All content available through PinaTV, including but not limited to videos, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PinaTV or its content providers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PINATV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
